We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still conveniently close. We were able to enjoy the tranquility of nature, with a stunning view of the river from our room. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt truly valued as guests. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, including the lovely terrace where we could sit and appreciate the beautiful garden. The restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, catering to all dietary preferences. we were impressed by the level of comfort, quality services, and enhanced experience provided at this venue.

We loved this hotel! The facilities were clean, with great options like tennis courts and a gym. It had plenty of parking and was located away from the busy traffic but still close enough to the city center to walk. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The view from the hotel was beautiful, situated right next to a peaceful river. The staff was very accommodating and fulfilled all of our special requests. The breakfast was outstandingly delicious with a lot of vegetarian options to choose from. the hotel was located very close to the city center and offered many activities to do such as trekking.

We experienced a problem with the hot water which affected our stay. Despite calling reception, the problem was not solved in a timely manner, leading to inconveniences.

Our Christmas stay was less than ideal. the hot water stopped working during our showers, and the reception's attempts to fix it were unsuccessful.
